Looking back at Little Whiteface around 3:30pm, 12/30/06. Actually, it's the lower reaches of Little Whiteface. Whiteface Mt. proper is lost in the ascending cloud bank on the right and continuing out of the frame. In any event, I thought the light was nice. Note the sky reflections in the foreground vehicles. The light is really nice! We got the same around the same time, but we weren't plowed out yet. I'm beginning to wonder if my plow guy from last year forgot me this year! There's a nice warmth to this, in spite of the obvious winter scenery. It feels like hot cocoa to me after a long day playing outdoors! I do like the sky reflections on the cars. I did notice that before I even read your comments.
