Between a rock and a hard place never looked quite so intriguing - a little leafy womb amid crushing forces.

I like the visual glow on the trunks of the trees. It almost looks as though it is metallic in nature. A wonderful, quality light on the scene. To me this is the perfect light.

I agree with Jim...the light is just fantastic. The trees themselves look as if they are emitting light.

So many elements in the scene, yet organized in such a pleasing manner. I especially like the one "black sheep" of the family.

I love the how the horizontal layers are stacked in this photo and connected with the vertical trees. The colours are almost industrial, the feeling is cool and I can reach out and feel the cold bark and stone. Another winner. Darwin
