I am working out my trees editing by creating diptychs which place a picture of urban tree with a picture of a natural environment tree.

I think your pictures are very elegant and direct, yet also intriguing. I like the idea of this series! Is it possible it might be strengthened by a connection between each panel beyond that they are both trees? Of course, there might be one that I'm not observant enough to have seen. But I do admire your photography overall.

re: connection between each panel - other than the fact that both pictures in the diptychs are of trees, I leave it to the viewer to make / intuit their own "connections". To my way of thinking, that's part of the "intrigue".
