Sundown on Oregon Pond ~ Onchiota, NY - in the Adirondack PARK • click to embiggenNot my usual cup of picture making tea, sunsets, that is. But, what the hell, I'm on vacation and it was my birthday so, throwing caution to the winds, I relaxed my normal standards and pictured merrily away.

And at the end of the day (literally), you were just responding to the beauty of what was before you, as well as reflecting on the good feelings that the day had provided ~ there's no crime in that!
Nevertheless the image is instantly recognizable as yours. That's something I rarely achieve with my sundowns :D
