FYI ~ finished book

If you wish to view the finished life without the APA photobook, click this link. Be sure to click on the Full Screen option to view the book at a larger size.

As mentioned, the book has all of the un-composited "before" pictures upon which the final pictures are based.

A lovely concept, Mark, and the book is really well put together. The inclusion of the small picture on the left page provides just enough context to make me appreciate what you are showing in the larger picture on the right page all the more.

Number 5, however, seemed a little odd to me. The small picture just seems to be a crop of the larger one, sans the building and the power lines. Those items could very well really have been there and just not included in the frame, if you get my drift.

Nevertheless a beautiful piece of work. All the best for your exhibition. I would love to hear the reaction of the folks who attend the opening, if you care to share that here.

Ditto Anil's comments.

All of the images (except #5) are clearly digital constructions, which neatly reflects the man-made constructions you want to avoid in the real-word. From an editing point of view, #5 looks much like a crop, which may or may not be what you wanted to achieve.
