I get the feeling that the girl doesn't like the fact that she is being photographed.
This is not a girl, this is part of a curve. Her face is not a face, it is a connection to the person right of her and to the car. Her pose is not an expression of acceptance or denial, it is a necessity. I only don't know how Mark got her to do just that :)
