I have discovered that no matter how much Percocet/Oxycodone I put into my body, the only semi-comfortable position I can assume is flat on my back. A position which is not at all conducive to working on the computer. I guess there is no avoiding pain when you have a 6 inch incision in your abdomen/groin.

Therefore, today's entries are light on words. Maybe tomorrow things will be better.

hernia repair surgery

That's a misery. Don't sneeze!! Takes 7 days or a week to get over the pain. Get well soon.

The daily pain and possible consequences of a bad hernia far outweigh the short term discomfort of the surgery. I had my surgery several years ago and vowed that I would never hesitate to do it again if needed. BTW coughing is far worst than sneezing!!
