Wonderful. F. Grandifolia never looked so good.
As much as I like the subdued look of your woodsy photos, I see things differently. My sight is more contrasty and saturated - not exactly "sunny day", but more immediate -- unless there's a lot of fog about! This is in no way a criticism - just the way my eyes/mind perceive things. Cheers! And be glad you're not a turkey today.
You are veering dangerously close to "pretty", which you so clearly despise. Make pictures without apology.
