Nice composition!
Cucurbitaceae are my favorite autumn vegetable. Cut in half, emptied of their seeds, face covered with real olive oil, set face down on culinary paper with the cavity over peeled local garlic (not the chinese imported variety) and cooked in the oven.
In a few weeks time they will have vanished from veggies stores, at least where I live.
