Just a little something to think about on Independence Day.

A scary, theoretical piece, but I find the language rather opaque. On the other hand, this article in the same issue, on the differences between globalists and isolationists is to my way of thinking more understandable. But together they make for an informed viewpoint. Thanks for the link.

Is this upside down? Is it a reflection off something? Am I alone in thinking it's not right side up?

@ Mike: I believe this is what Gravitas was getting at with the upside down image... taken from the US Laws of Flag Use:

(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

Perhaps 7 month old Helmut put the flag upside down after gravitas fed him a cornchip.

Or was it gravitas after his wife, ex-wife and daughter in law all yelled at him about that same cornchip.

No, it is all explained in today's blog...

I'm no sure the flag's displayed upsode down. The persons in the picture will not see it as being inverted. :)
