wilderness...
Not wilderness in the sense of "true" wilderness, but a synonym of wilderness is inhospitable land, and in a few months it will become just that. This image was from late last winter. The title "screw that, I'm going back to bed" was basically a quote from what I was mumbling to myself. That gate was not opening and even if it did, only a snowmobile was getting around town that day.
This was in my phase of experimenting with all the photography techniques I could discover...at one point I was shooting digital pinholes, b&w, TTV, dagguerotype-esque, and polaroid images, pretty much simultaneously. I was frenetically trying my hand/skills in everything before finding my "groove" with panoramics.
