About This Website
This blog is intended to showcase the landscape photography of photographers who have moved beyond the pretty picture and for whom photography is more than entertainment - photography that aims at being true, not at being beautiful because what is true is most often beautiful..

Jim,
These grasses are some of my favorite subjects, not necessarily to photograph. But I love looking at them. I'm impressed that you waited for a cloudy moment/day to take the exposure - I think. Usually it's the other way around: people wait for the sun to come out.
